All games are played at game in 90 minutes per side, so
that each game will be finished in not more than 3 hours.

Open Section
The Open Section will be a USCF (United States Chess Federation) Event for current, renewing or new USCF members.
Open Section Entry Fees: Adult $20, Youth $15 (ages 15-19), Scholastic $10 (age 14 and under), Senior $15 (age 65 and over), Military $15.
USCF Membership Categories:
USCF is the official, not for profit, membership organization for chess players
of all ages and levels from beginners to grandmasters! Join the USCF and
become nationally ranked and receive Chess Life Magazine!
Trial Membership - Adult, $25. 6 months, (6 issues of Chess Life magazine) New members only
Full Adult - $40.00. Includes 12 monthly issues of Chess Life magazine. 2 years: $75.00; 3 years: $109.00.
Senior (age 65 and over) - $30.00. Includes 12 monthly issues of Chess Life magazine. 2 years: $56.00; 3 years: $82.00.
Youth (age 19 and under) - $20.00. Includes 12 monthly issues of Chess Life magazine.
Scholastic (age 14 and under) - $13.00. Includes 4 quarterly issues of School Mates magazine instead of Chess Life.
Internet
- $32.00. Includes all the benefits of a Full Adult membership, but
with No Chess Life.

Coffee House Section
The "Coffee House" Section is intended for those chess players that have never been a USCF member and would like to experience the atmosphere of competitive Chess without the additional cost. If you've never been in a chess tournament then this is the chance you've been waiting for!
Coffee House Section Entry Fees:
Adult $20, Youth $15 (ages 19 and under).
You play only people in the section you choose to enter. Trophies and cash prizes will be awarded based on entries in each individual section.
The Fur Rendezvous Chess Tournament is proudly hosted by the Alaska Chess League and it's wonderful sponsors! The Fur Rondy Chess Tournament has always been the Annual Chess gathering in Alaska for over 30 years. So make plans now to join in the festivities and friendly surroundings. Let's Rondy!!
