The tournament will be a two section, 5 round, USCF rated event. Swis-Sys Version 4.13, USCF Official Software, will be used for pairings and tie break calculations. (USCF membership required and available on site)

5 game round robin eventfor the six highest USCF rated entrants for the tournament.
Time Control game/2 hours with a
3 second time delay.
