January 10, 11 and 12, 2003

 

Friday, January 10
One 1/2 point bye per player per tournament, must be requested
prior to start of 1st round
Registration: 5:30 to 6:15 p.m.
Round 1, 6:30 p.m. - 9:30 p.m.

Saturday, January 11
Round 2, 11:00 a.m. - 2:00 p.m.
Round 3, 3:00 p.m. - 6:00 p.m.

Sunday, January 12
Round 4, 11:00 a.m. - 2:00 p.m.
Round 5, 3:00 p.m. - 6:00 p.m.
Closing ceremonies and awards 6:30 p.m.

Prizes
1st, 2nd and 3rd place overall with class prizes dependent on entries.

The tournament will be a 5 round, USCF rated
(membership required and available on site), Swiss event.
All games are played at game in 90 minutes.
Swis-Sys Version 4.13, USCF Official Software, will be used for pairings
and tie break calculations

Advanced Entry
Advanced entries must be received on or before January 10, 2003
Adult  $20 or $25 at playing site
Scholastic / Junior  $15 or $20 at playing site
New USCF Members  free entry fee
